Intervention Tool

Electrical Intervention Tools represent the next generation of downhole power delivery, replacing explosive charges and hydraulic systems with clean, controlled electro-mechanical force. The platform consists of modular, battery-powered components—including a power unitpunching module , and fishing module —that can be configured for specific operations. Deployable on slickline, electric line, or coiled tubing, these tools generate up to 40 tons of setting force for bridge plugs and packers, punch precision holes in tubing up to P-110 grade, and deliver 9 tons of pulling force for fishing stuck chokes or debris. By eliminating explosives, hydraulic leaks, and continuous surface power requirements, electrical intervention tools reduce HSE risks, simplify logistics, and provide real-time control or countdown-triggered automation for reliable well intervention.
